True Friendship

People were searching for the most positive and collaborating person, in the town of this story; they wanted to find the model of good friend, meaning, not only who gives support in happiness and sadness but who promotes and wants the best. And with this purpose in mind, they placed big signs, and distributed pamphlets, saying: " Reward, we are searching for the True Friend "

The day of the event was set and -as expected, many persons came along with rivers of people bringing music bands, food, abundant gifts. Others, also came, making all kind of promises, some, even a little drunk, while others were talking about their own experiences. There was a great diversity, that seemed like a fair of give away and gifts. Three days passed and finally the turn came for a man, who was empty handed and wearing simple clothes,

- Where did you leave the gifts, the wine and other enjoyments? How do you dare to show yourself in front of us without anything to offer? he was asked, while they look at him contemptuously, as if he was fool or mad and he was requested to make the promise of bringing something and to offer his excuses.

-I knew about this competition but I did not mean to be part of it, since I only want to share part of this happiness, which would be enough for me, just to be able to see the joy in you, would fill me in a moment, and would make my day. But I understand that you were expecting other things that I can't give now, since I am a humble man of the fields, who watches you pass every day, and who is able to see your lives, somewhat, while wishing you all the best. My work is hard and my hands bleed at times, while working in the fields, but I can only think of offering the best to you. I did not bring anything. Your happiness makes me happy but I am leaving now, I do not want to bother you.

These words, somewhat, went into the hearts of all the persons who were there, who clearly understood, that they did not know the true meaning of Friendship. While that humble man did, since the true and real Friendship can't be bought or sold, can't be exalted, prostituted or spoiled. Friendship is like the flower of the fields: natural, spontaneous, sincere, true and humble.

And that day in that town, the true meaning of Friendship was discovered.

Prayer. When should we Pray?

As oasis in the desert, as boat in the sea, as the only star at night, Prayer is refuge and consolation, hope and source of inspiration, where we also find the purest intimacy, the repentance to claim for help, in order to be able to have a dialogue with God. But, should prayer be as a rescue boat? as the required visit to the hospital because of an emergency?

Prayer, is much more than that. And above all, is the essential embrace to cultivate the wonderful power of faith and it is not pain, its spur, it is not the pressing need, its reason. Prayer is as singing, praising the happiness and awakening to the eternal day by day.

Prayer, not only claims, but also and above all, praises. God, is not only mercy and consolation, He, also is, plenitude of life, permanent joy. And it is not only to look for Him in the difficult moments, since He is path of life, which is essential for spiritual knowledge. That is why, this spiritual cultivation is love that grows, that does not rest, that is fervent and diligent and that rather pursues the eternal embrace, and which is Love for Love, in the prayer where the human spirit awakes to the divine plenitude. And this is not because of a cause or need but rather for the love which is unconditional, since God is, and will always be the path to reality, the path to Truth, since all which is good and lasts and is true is found in Him. Let’s praise His Presence, and in His Presence, we should be with Humility and Surrender.

The Strength of Weakness

If you contemplate everything that is born, you will see an apparent and fragile tenderness that opens to the light of the day. Like a thin and singing brook, a new born lamb, the first rays of light, the cry of the baby who initiates life. How much fragility! Nevertheless, the universe inclines, even the more fierce is moved. The beast contemplates and embraces its puppy, giving it warmth. What a wonder and splendor! The color of the fragile butterfly, a drop of rain, a drop of dew. And life begins. A sigh is a breath that is life. Life that comes from God, infinite power, eternal knowledge, compassion that embraces, sustains, maintains and deepens as life into life. What seems fragile, takes the force from the horizon at dawn, the forest that blooms. And man who stands in front of himself and in front of eternity.

Life also is art and poetry, seems very fragile, like the sensible note of an enamored violin, that is delicate and refined, like its own feeling, that inspires it to vibrate and that takes it to a musical presence that tells us that life is sustained in the apparent weakness.

Let’s try to tighten water between our hands and its same weakness will cause that the powerful force becomes like the hands of an innocent child.

The uncontrollable thing cannot be contained. The purity and beauty of what is fragile, takes in itself the mystery of mysteries, takes the real life.

Let’s not make a cruel and final episode out of the world. Let’s return to the principles of order and friendship. The loyalty and love of a flower, will always be fragile and beautiful and although it dries, because it is pure and original, its essence and aroma will remain. Spirituality seems too fragile, vulnerable, sensible, ethereal, nevertheless, what will happen to man if he does not take in himself this loving power of being, that is not boastful, or violent, but the wonderful, loving, true flower of peace. Do not allow your heart to forget that peace is the freedom of good. Do not get confused, believing that it is fragile, that it is weak, by the contrary, in its essence and breath lives the love of God. Peace to all.

Healing Energy

The term and concept of Healing Energy can be used in different ways as a non conceptual tool that applied with depth and method, can resolve, doubt, worry, and mainly is a course of action, a better perspective in the process of being; in other words, to reassert and reinvent our reality.

In this case, the term -Healing Energy- refers precisely, to that energy that is required to change, to transform something, which prevents and limits our improvement, and our capacity of reaching lasting peace and happiness. We could see the healing energy from the following perspective : The conscience of man is the product of a series of experiences, that adapt and adjust to a will, which makes of center and point of confluence of the synergy of the living experiences per se.
The result are various psychological conditions, which many times, are obstacles to us, such as, resentment, frustration, psychological perspective and wrong ethics, which imply problems of reasoning, reflection, tolerance and analysis, in front of which, we simply yield, and lose control to balance our acts or the capacity to be able to achieve our goals.
We can easily fall in the affliction of depression, irritability , bitterness, frustration or addiction, where we lose control and start even ceasing been ourselves and start affecting everything and everyone around us, and it would seem that it has become a neglected, unstable, unimaginable life.

6-To have a feeling of solidarity towards ourselves, so that, the fault -if there is one- can be constructive, not demolishing and destructive. Let's work here, then, in renovating confidence and studying the meaning of self confidence.
7-To improve our daily habits -this is so important- that we could say, this is the link that integrates the others. This improvement means to cultivate the desire and effective practice of going back to nature, by getting in touch with our surroundings, in the purest way, starting with the food until coexisting, properly said, with the environment. The outdoors has resources of calm, peace, happiness tranquility, which are most needed for each and every one of us.
8-To leave behind, everything that is a hindrance to our progress and to start discovering and creating, what later on, is going to be, confidence and hope, because, we are reborn every day, and with this concept, to take all the acts of the will, to the specific method of finding a personal and a shared good in which all our contribution to life will be sustained in the search of an order which is just, worthy, happy and with a feeling of solidarity .
9-To work in the application and development of creativity , with the purpose of having friendship with our mind, our feelings, with ourselves and with the ones who surround us . And to break monotony and lack of spirit of participation , by becoming a constructive, dynamic individual, who is studious of everything which is good and how to apply all this in every detail of life itself.
10-To reflect as much in the rational, analytic process, as in the proper mystic process of prayer or meditation, and with the assistance of examples of peace and excellence, to meet life as attribute of a living spirituality, where we find inner values that always correspond in a constructive way and give place to know and to cultivate inner peace with due attention and care, since it is here, where all what has been said before begins its practical meaning and its practice of life, as much human, as divine.
11-To cultivate respect for our will, determination, conviction and in the same way, towards all beings, with the understanding that there are differences but that all must live in peace.
12-This is of utmost importance but is only reached when we can leave behind all false experiences, signs, symbols in the conscience, which have not allowed our humbly understanding that we are creatures begotten by the love of God.
Here, then, to recognize God, in our lives, is what allows the consolidation of the work, that permits the awakening of the plenitude of the healing energy.
13-To analyze our actions in a method based on tolerance and patience but capable of recognizing our tendencies and self manipulation in order to objectively differentiate what usually, hinders our change and improvement, and to be alert about our excess of self compassion, justification and self deceit .
14-To actively participate in the experience of renovation, recognizing the importance of assuming new responsibilities in which, we will maintain the edifying conduct in the progress of a productive life where the virtues of Honor, Friendship and Solidarity, are developed in their ample meaning.
15-To be objective in every process, with the purpose of not finding all the solutions in an easy or irresponsible way but to understand that every change requires of effort, discipline, study, dedication and Love.
16-To be grateful, to have the uprightness of accepting and consequently of compensating.
To open our heart to superior meditations, where the gratitude to our Creator, to Love, to life, to the whole universe, grows and strengthens.
17-As long as all this is carried out, we will find that what was causing pain and confusion, somewhat, is isolated and is a lot less painful. But in this stage is necessary to be able to transcend everything. It is here where we evidently need of the union of all these steps and all the stages.
This is the moment of forgiveness. This is the moment of creation, to conciliate everything, and what cannot be conciliated, then, to learn to leave it in the hands of God.

I have seen so many distances, so much vastness that have moved me. How great is the all ! How vast is the universe ! How deep ! How complex !
But, when I looked inside myself, that is to say, to the inner silence, that universe that seemed so big to me, in a mysterious way, becomes smaller. There is something bigger than what is big, deeper than what is deep. And it is not outside, it is inside each one of us. But I think that it is only the beginning of something that goes beyond words, that is capable of joining the all and the nothing and is as a wonderful brightness.

And in this story, the day came when they wanted to crown and remember their most important exponent, therefore, all the vegetal kingdom was asked to be present. All the flowers hurried to be present. They were all dressed up for this occasion. And were asked: ” Why do you think that you have to be recognized and this day named in your honor?”

And the rose answered: ” I think that this day should be named in my honor, because I am pretty and beautiful.” The trees, shrubs and other flowers gave her a big applause.

Then, another flower came and said: ” The honor should be for me. I have perfume and pretty colors.” Then a herb came and said: “I am healing.”

And, it is possible that they all have some idea of the concept, but Truth exceeds the written word, the spoken word, the reasoning and the doctrine. Truth is not cold as a letter. Truth is alive. Truth is alive in the spiritual experience and the spiritual experience is the experience of total Love.

In the town of the man named the Madman…We find him picking up dead flowers, specially the withered, torn or broken ones.
People passing by, were looking at him and commenting:” There are so many colorful, alive flowers and this man must be crazy, see how he is picking -as if they were treasures- the dead, fallen ones.”
And somebody wanted to know more and distrustfully approached him offering, a red flower full of life. But the Madman moved his head and refused.
Then, the person insisted saying:-What is the reason that you don’t want to take it, can’t you see that it is more beautiful?
And the Madman said:- The flower that you are showing is truly beautiful and resplendent but I prefer the withered flower because your flower is the flower of one day, it is like a flirting, brief smile, while the withered flowers that I picked today have a story, a love story that nobody will be able to hid.
And the man who offered the flower, silently, went away, he left the red flower in the place where he had taken and thought: ” This man named Madman, is the only one capable of seeing the truth.”

To have Faith, is to have a personal relationship with God. The topic is very ample; we can talk from the historical point of view, but what is most relevant here, without subtracting importance to the past, is its meaning in all its dimension, which is and will always be, the vision of God, for us, as individuals, family and society. The topic on Faith must not be simplistic. If I believe that God exists, that is good, but if I don’t do anything, then, is very bad. Since knowing that Truth exists, is supposed to take me to search, know, interpret and learn about it, otherwise my knowledge would be too loose. I can pronounce and repeat the name of God, many times, but if I don’t feel Him in my heart, then, I am not true but I will be ignoring the principles of Faith, in a deliberate way .Which means, not only to love and to believe in theory, but practicing, to accomplish the effective conversion of faith. How to have more faith? The person who has faith, appreciates, respects, honors and manifests it; it is a gift, given by spiritual virtue and the one who has it, knows in a positive, absolute way, that God loves and knows him and that God is just and true. And with this knowledge, he treasures faith and practices in a very active way – by thought and action- the laws and commandments of God, based on the purity of Love. The key to growth is found here. Since man can only grow, by making progress in his beliefs, because faith is the active Love of God, the presence of His Word and it is a daily inspiration. By acceptance and knowledge, faith will grow in the Love expressed with solidarity to the human familyas universal service.

Humanity, One United Heart

What makes man such an special creature in such a way that even God chose him to be above the angels?
Humanity is called to become like one man: The Priest of the temple, who receives the grace of the Highest. Humanity has prepared for this since its origins, in order to know that because of the delivery, of the great sacrifice of Love, it has been given the principle of the consciousness of Love, which consists not only on been loved but on becoming Love . And this is the grace which gives man the opportunity of been one with humanity in the grace of the Creator.

This has many avenues and implications such as abnegation, solidarity, compassion and forgiveness. Since in order to be a priest of the Highest, the heart must first be holy and humble. He must see himself in his fellow men, even in the ones who could be despised, not because of been evil but because the external beauty is ephemeral. But the pure at heart does not stop at the ephemeral, he rather looks at eternity. And this grace has been granted to him by the most sublime Love, the one who dies for Love and in this way he conquers death and his life is source of eternal life, where every man is one with virtue, truth and eternal love.

Holographic Meditation. Short Inspirational Story

This is a description, that allows to understand how meditation influences the daily life and how the daily life influences meditation, making out of both a path of two ways. Since, one starts where the other ends and ends where the other starts.
The story goes like this: The anchorite was meditating about the deep silence; the mind was already governed and the stillness was contemplated as ocean of peace.
It was not a blank mind, neither partly or completely empty, rather, the mind prospers in the plenitude of the glory, in the supreme spirituality of universal union, that allows no distance of separation between man and the universe, and this is not to feel as owner of glory or power, but rather is giving up ties and been as boat navigating in the river while the stream takes it, and the only difference between this idea and truth is that instead of the boat, is the mind and instead of the river, is the infinite. And the journey, in the first case, takes to the sea and in this case, to eternity.
Meditating, he was, then, and a drop of cold rain -by the freshness of the morning- fell over his hot cheek, because of the force of the potent energy liberated while in deep concentration.
The contrast, then, between cold and hot, gave the anchorite, the opportunity of not extending into the eternal but in concentrating in the insignificant; in that present, brief and unexplainable, but perdurable in some way, because for him while meditating, the drop of water became in that instant, the total reality, revealing the mystery of life.
In the same way, a child when been born, takes air and then gives a cry, as foretelling with his laugh and cry that there is much journey to cover. Since is the beginning and the crucial moment, where we all cross over that threshold which is life and which is death. And it is then, a constant birth, dying, reviving, in which the purpose, reclaims and which meditation exalts, by leaving the mind in silence, calm and to reclaim itself in the vast horizon of today, of now and this has to do, with the art of seen and self seen.
In this way, the one who meditates and the meditation of life itself, are always only one life, and the same and constant meditation.

I know that the paths of life are still unknown to you and it can be difficult to distinguish among good and evil. Let me teach you its difference. They both are as twins with the same appearance but in the bottom of those two hearts, one is rose like and the other only has thorns. The rose like heart, has tenderness, good sense, dignity, respect towards others and a profound love to God. And she sees her fellow man, as her own hands, very close to her. But the heart of thorns is arrogant, diligent in his own insolence and full of false glories, ready to hurt and to kill and will try very hard to see the blood of the ones considered as enemies, to whom, he needs to posses, dominate and control.Beloved soul, you are awakening, you are blooming, I would like you to be cautious of the false appearances, they can deceive you and maybe confuse your steps. The first thing, that I will tell you is, to think for yourself, to reflect, use your intuition, go deeply in your analysis, but above all to pray. Because at certain moments, everything may seem confusing and you may face problems, which are difficult to solve, that's why you must cultivate yourself, so you can grow, develop, with perfect discernment before deciding, before accepting something. Follow your superior intuition before assuming and from that point of eternal difference, do not hurry, be open to analysis and reflection.
If you have to criticize, give constructive criticism, you have so much to learn and it can confuse you. Truth is not found in books but in experiences. When you listen or you know something that seems true, meditate and reflect, use your common sense, even more, if it is usually sleeping, wake it up, with patience and tolerance towards you and all. Also, know that some experiences and knowledge you will not be able to define, but you'll somehow know, because your heart will tell. Move away from what's too easy, too promising, since is not true because the things in evolution are not given right away.Beloved soul, you'll find that your footprints forge your path and in occasions, you can carry stones, thinking they are flowers, that's why, I tell you to learn about the cause, wait for the right moment, don't despair, cultivate benevolence, service and tenderness. And you will have strength and conviction and your heart will come closer to what's true. When you love, give it all, asking only for the smile of your own soul in return. Take care of your steps, so they can forge the path of your destiny. And learn in the reflection of the path to appreciate the experience better than the enthusiasm. Only in this way and little by little, you will reach wisdom, and then, only to know that you know very little, nevertheless, your love will have grown and you will be so tall that you will be able to kiss the stars, because even in them, you will see the eyes of the eternal Creator. I close my eyes to see what I did not see. Since now, there are no walls, no limits, the distances have disappeared. The spaces have become one and they are now, an infinite light. There are no sides, no above, no below.

The lights, the shadows, everything that existed have now disappeared. The breath is deep and it allows to be absorbed and diluted in the infinity.

It takes many forms of inspiration and poetry. The intuition knows everything, investigates from the tip of the pin to all the minds and all the things.

Life has become the present and the present has become eternity where nothing happens any more. There is no mystery to resolve.

The all and the nothing are presented. The image and the words are not necessary. And from this source the divine knowledge springs: Intuition.

Have you seen that high mountain that seems to touch the sun? Have you seen that star that seems so far away that its distance would easily duplicate eternity? Have you seen the rough sea, the thunder that seems to explode the ears and the desert where nothing grows?
Nevertheless, the ground is fertile beyond and the fields give milk and honey.Have you seen and heard a child to cry and then to laugh instantly? All these things may seem incredible but they all are natural part of the scenery of the great process of living. But I am going to tell you something that might has happened or will happen to you. There is a moment where laughing seems like crying, when the morning light is covered with shadows, when winter gives me warmth, when that far star comes down to the ground and talks to me very softly, saying things that I would not dare to repeat. And some other times, the desert is filled with water and the water in front of me seems to dry and I can see the fish suffocate not in the sea but in the emptiness.
And when I look at the eyes looking at me, I don’t know anymore who is looking to whom. And I continue but my strength weakens and it becomes a great battle where nobody lives.
Then, I begin walking on top of an infinite lake of blood, made out of hate, rancor, doubt and fear. And after, comes the nothing and embraces, kisses , takes, breaks me in pieces and in that way I return from the nothing and I live again but a useless, individual loss, who does not understand the path to follow.
I am also despised and misunderstood by everybody, even by myself. I am Madness.

Some time ago, I listened to a story that seemed hard to believe. It was about a man who made bells and this is the story.
He was thrilled because he was loved in return. But his happiness lasted for a short time because his loved one, got sick and died in his arms. But she promised: " I am leaving first but call me and remember that I will come to you"

He was very sad. And he buried her. That night in the cemetery he called her but she did not come to him, she did not keep the promise and he cried and cried. He kept calling her love but she would not answer. He could not see her, felt her. And he would call her in such a loud voice that he shouted and shouted up to the point that the people threw him out of the town. He went into the fields where he kept shouting until he was left with no voice. His desperation was such that he tried to make every possible noise but his loved one seemed not to listen.
And he kept thinking what to do. Then, he made a woman out of clay but he was not satisfied and said: " I want to see her in a more lasting form because the clay will break." And he made her out of metal and embraced her with such spirit that the metal vibrated. Then, he said: " Love, I can feel you now."

And the first bell was born in this way. And now men are happy making bells. Every time they make them better. Some are made out of glass others made out of gold with precious stones and others with sweet rhythmic sounds.Going back to the story, He said: " Can you listen. Can you listen?" And he laughed with great joy. And the man rescued Love from death, by making the happiest vibrations.

And tell me, who is the one who when listening to the sound of the bell does not wonder who is calling them?

The Power of Hope

In the enchanted forest the trees withered and the lakes and rivers dried. The birds stop singing and flew away from that sky. The flowers withered also, the sun got darker and not even the moon showed her pale shine. The wind froze. It seemed that everything was dead.

The days passed and the earth was dry because the enchanted forest became full of demons and their howls and shrieks were heard. That enchanted forest was sad and desolated. Was all lost? Was all destroyed?

More time passed but one day a very small light appeared in that enchanted forest, that would grow more and more every day. The light became large and full of colors and the fields became full of flowers. The terrified demons went away. The lakes and rivers were full again with abundant fish. The sky became full of colors, the moon was shining. The valleys became green with plenty of delicious fruits. The forest became splendorous.

And I did not understand what was happening. How could that small light changed everything? It transformed everything. It all came back to life. They could not deadly wound Love. Because the light of Hope will live forever in that enchanted forest.

Although this may look like a litany, it is important to understand its great truth. You have some difficult things and I am going to tell you:
First Fault: When you come home from work, I go to meet you. You never come to meet me. You do not run to give me a kiss just as if I was a glass of water and you were thirsty in the desert. I always have to ask you: "How was your day?" And then, I approach you as if I was the he-spider with fear that you are going to eat me.
Second Fault: The fact is that you put too much salt when you cook. Your soups taste like sea water.
Third Fault: You dress as if you were the enemy.
It seems like I am a crow and you want to frighten me.
Fourth Fault: You use makeup as a goddess but you use it to go out. I often think that I better give you a date away from home so I can see you looking great.
Fifth Fault: I get home ready to ask you out for dinner. " Let's go out to eat, let's take a walk, or let's go to any place that you want to." I tell you.
You look at me with a languid, indifferent face, which make you look like post surgery of the heart. Then, we do not go out.
Sixth Fault: This fault happens all day long. I try to speak to you and you answer like a nun belonging to another planet, which means, that you do not say a word. You look around just as if you were lost in the room. When I talk to you again, I realize that you are on an special training and soon will depart for the moon because you do not make any comment about what I said.
Seventh Fault: This fault is truly exquisite. I bring some nice gift to you and you become as happy as the birthday candle, which soon goes out. I would like to have a million gifts to give. But this is not possible. The charm, the candle went out.
Eight Fault: When I give you a compliment: "How beautiful, how pretty, your eyes, your mouth" You remain rigid. I am sure that a shark can smile much better than you. It seems that you got an allergy attack, that your kidneys hurt or that your feet are bothering you.
And I ask myself: Will this be exorcism, possession? Because for no reason, you twist your eyes and you turn your mouth like licking a candy that you do not life.
Ninth Fault: When I want to approach you, I feel that I am going on an skate and you are going in a supersonic train. I am the turtle and you are the hare. I take one step forward and you go one hundred steps back.
Tenth Fault: I will claim here that I try to create a romantic ambience, soft music, soft light, nice words, romantic comments. And in that moment, the big transformation happens. I was running and to my horror, the butterfly has turned into a spider who has so much web that did not even listened to me. You change the topic, you put another music, you light all the lights and it seems that you are going to shoot me.
Eleven Fault: This one is very special. I start approaching you, I understand that this is war and I want to gain territory.
When I think that everything is ready, when I think that I have convinced you, the bird flies away. You disappear. It looks like a trick of television . You are gone. I don't see you. How did you do it? I don't know. I am alone with my bread and my song.
Twelve Fault: Many surprising things happen in this occasion. I approach you full of hope, with the best intention. You already have placed eighteen walls and traps. It is a marathon. It is lucky that I have walked through snow. I have fought with dragons, I have been bitten by toads and sharks and what to say about the snakes. And also, I have tried to please you in everything and your response is an infinite silence, only understood by the dead. And I tell myself: The cemetery must be a cold and distressful place, like this.
Thirteen Fault: We reach the last fault, the most difficult to overcome. This one adds to the other ones and much more that you have done and I do not know about. For all this, the most serious fault is that I say that by earth and heaven, by you and by God, will never, never be able to stop loving you.

How is this possible ? How can this be understood and practiced, since it seems as something subjective and definitely personal ? Besides, how can the greatness and reality of this virtue, be measured ? And here is shown the answer, the method, that I feel is science and consciousness and also art and poetry.
The inner strength is based and sustained in the depth of the ideas and the sensibility that emanates from the creative faculty since to be, is not only to exist, because to live, is not only to move.
To be is to have ideas, to dream and also is the wonderful capacity of perceiving and reacting with the most sublime of the virtues, of the powers, which increases the value of every conscience and which has the highest name and the greatest name which any individual can have. And this name is Freedom.
When this prodigy of been is performed, life becomes a sustained work, the universe becomes smaller and larger at the same time because the power is not only found in the power of taking and leaving but in deciding and seen others and ourselves in the perspective of a reasoning which is safe and trusting, which gives place to self confidence and all this for the glory of a universe which unites as the drops of water in the sea.
And that is why, it is also poetry because there is sensuality and eroticism in life. And been as is, love is not only desire, it is felt and perceived in many ways : The humility that exists, as if the whole life would go on beating in one heart and is there where it is accepted, where it is believed, affirmed, confirmed every day.
Our nature, outer, inner, making of it all, as rivers who are built in one verb, which is also Love.
The inner strength is then, lasting inspiration of universal unity and that is why, it is pure spirituality, to honor all beings with exquisite devotion for life. Because there is no largest fortress or confidence than the love to Truth, which is the union among freedom and self spirituality and is the primary essence in which all beings by unifying, can enhance the virtue of peace.

If a broken heart with symptoms of spiritual illness would come to us, we would notice right away because of the symptoms :

He has lost hope, does not have dreams, he is bitter, weak, desolated. He has forgotten or does not know the experience of faith, ignores the term Love, and moves away from affection, because he never received tenderness.

He is full of confusion, jealousy, resentment, bitterness, apathy and tired of life. This heart has lost order and discipline, is lacking method, energy, enthusiasm, and a feeling of solidarity.
He has moved too far away from natural love, he has self rejection. He rejects everyone and he doesn't have peace, but looks like a ghost of horror and loneliness.

But the spiritual medicine is going to cure this heart for sure. It will not be easy and this will be done through stages, going from deep affliction, until he experiences a superior comfort which will start the healing by helping him to recuperate and start beating with the enthusiasm to be, to live, by and for Love.

This delicate care is tenderness, caress, embrace, kiss, respect, appreciation, admiration. And also recognition, filial love, personal dedication, and most important, God is in the center of this existence. And this moribund heart, will start palpitating and it will sound like bells ringing, since the only thing needed in order to know Love, is to Love.

Beyond everything, beyond nothing, is man in front of himself. When we deepen in the meditation, then, the forms and the concepts, preferences, indifferences or what we reject, they all cease, we are left without solitude, direction, goal, or path.

This might seem a great contradiction but the answer is: that the form is contained in the no form and the moment has arrived that everything has been transcended even the transcending itself, neither viewer nor vision, there is nothing that can be compared.
What has then been achieved of the meditation of this whole process of total and final dissolution, what do we leave or do we reach?
The answer is of course, beyond words. It is that which is completely indescribable, also inconceivable. It is the mind without mind, beyond the form and the no form, beyond freedom or slavery, wisdom or ignorance, certainly it is to have overcome and transcended all the forms, causes, effects, reasons and no reasons.
Then, there is no longer any distance, is no longer necessary to make or not to make, there is no purpose then, where are we, where have we arrived?

Many times people try to define something through the resulting effects. Then, following this orientation we will make the following observation :

Our world both internal and external is trustworthy, tangible and real, when it is perfectly defined, situated, centered, in the perfect perspective of time in the space. In such way that exists in agreement with a universe that shares its presence and in this way each of the objects, subjects, feelings, ideas and actions have developed in base of an absolutely clear, accurate and properly defined intention.

It is only in this way that what exists is trustworthy and truthful.
If we apply this to the term concentration, then we conclude that the attention of the will sustained on a topic, which looks for the experience and the practice as execution of the same, is called concentration. And if we apply this to the spiritual model, we will understand that concentration is the absorption of our intelligence and potency of being, by virtue of the vision of a conscious, organized and diligent mind, with the only and firm purpose that involves whatever the matter may be. And in the spirituality properly said, this concentration is analysis, inference, deduction, intuition and thoughts united to the imagination, which tunes all this information with the purpose of knowing, discovering, acting in accordance with what is determined.

To be concentrated means to be attentive, vigilant and participating. Open to ideas, experiences, sensations with an interactive universe. Not leaving space for distraction and neglect. Concentration can be compared to a straight path towards the goal, not stopping and not moving in another direction but searching for a conclusion or conclusions in order to be able to enjoy the final reason, which is the spiritual intuition.

Concentration is an elaborated process. There are stages where the concentration sharpens and the information is chosen in a conscious discriminated way while in the search for the purest analysis. We concentrate to learn, to understand and finally to perform, to unite the concentration to what is concentrated, with the only purpose of knowing Truth.

It is very certain that love, sometimes, changes from red flower and becomes the blood of an open wound.
It is also true, that sometimes, it blinds and dazzles us, as when looking at the sun, but love, my friend, however much cruel, it may seem to you, it always teaches you to give everything.
And if there is something that can be rescued from the suffering, is that love, made you fly and know the heaven of gods.
Why are mortals to blame for loving with the feeling that make us to lose reason?
But love does not die, love lives in you, suffers in you, cries for you, but remember this, love will revive and the day will come where you will find that love never, never, deceived you.
Rather, were some persons that didn't know, didn't appreciate the true meaning and the reason of the verb to Love.

Happiness of the Soul and Happiness of the Spirit.

What is the difference between happiness of the soul and happiness of the spirit ?

Power is found in knowledge and knowledge is found when we know how to differentiate.

The soul, by definition is a substance of individual and material energy, that is to say, the soul is a whole of forces and energies that integrate mind and body.We can find in the soul : motivation, pleasantness and everything related to the individual attitude and disposition.
And also we will find the strength of the body and thought, united; in this way, the soul contains the moods, wishes, dreams, passions, as well as the strength of the purely material nature. This is the reason that we talk about pleasantness which is not necessarily a lasting experience and which is different from the spiritual happiness.

Spirit is Divine Grace; this grace does not change, does not get transformed by changing or unstable situations, because this is the result of a gift, the direct application of Divine Will.
That is why, only in God, His power is found. Let's understand the differences : The soul only wants and desires but the spirit loves unconditionally and eternally.

The soul needs of a corporal perception : Time and space, form, and understanding are primordial for the soul. She needs of tangible relationships, the senses must be there, and the experience must be personal. The perception of the individual ego united to the material body is the only way for her, to feel, that is to say, the only way for the soul, to be.

Unlike the spirit, who does not have any conditions of time or space, that is to say, he does not have any conditions or conditioning. That is why, we can talk about faith in the spirit, since even though I may not be able to see, to understand or to know but I believe beyond myself.

The soul is subject to the will of the person, to his mind, body and emotions, but the spirit flows in the eternity of an absolute, perfect and integral present.

If man's good is happiness, what is the reason that some men will never be able to have it?

To be born, to exist, to be, are not accidental events in which we don't have participation,
but on the contrary, we do have participation. And this can be summarized and explained as follows : Life is the beginning of the discovery of life per se, which means, that we must get to discover and know ourselves. We have to bloom in the virtue of the action, perception and in a rightly placed consciousness.

All this is achieved with work, study, concentration and even with sacrifice and not because of the sacrifice but because of the effort in order to reach the desired goal.
This is the reason that life is a wonderful opportunity but requires of our will united to our whole existence to enter the purest reason and the most sincere spiritual quest.

Good will not arrive alone, will not be given without effort, will not be reached without protecting it and taking good care of it. Life must be an experience of true, filial love, which has solidarity and is committed to a superior good.
Good, is only reached in this way.

How to have Happiness with God

How to have happiness with God ? We have happiness with God because God is happiness.
What is the meaning of this ? Means that God will fill our emptiness, all our wishes but even more, He will fill us with His Infinite Presence.

What do you mean by that ? That we will have fullness of Peace, Compassion and Happiness of spirit, and we will know how to share this inner, deep and whole vision.
By example, the Presence of God liberates us from doubt, loneliness and all shadows that disturb the mind and then, there is no reason for pain.
The lasting experience of being fully loved, gives place, to be filled with joy in our whole being. But besides, this experience grows and glorifies in God Himself.

In times of peace is a natural thing to stay in balance. But in times of war and violence, to maintain the equilibrium is a very complex task. A personal loss, by example, often is almost impossible to overcome. How to go through this dark night? How to overcome what seems to be insurmountable if the reason and the consciousness do not want to forget? How to stop the feeling, the suffering, the weeping? Since, it would seemed that inevitably we are losing the mind. It is not possible to tolerate so much pain.

Man faces his own limits and does not have the slightest idea of how to change, how to live, how to exist, how to be, when the whole being, is in fact, ceasing to be.
There are processes that do not have any possible comparison. And the loneliness of the spirit is cause of great tragedy; the loss of faith, of confidence, of hope and certainty. Nothing seems to allow us to look beyond. Everything turns to desperation, agony: A cry of the soul, who is distressed and cries, experiences fear, desperation, abandonment, misery and pain, time and time again, in an uncontrollable way.

What to do then when facing what is irremediable?
Faith, is the spiritual knowledge that allows us to receive the supreme intervention of God.Faith is not a blind belief, is not a fanatical or obsessive attitude. It is the firm consciousness and conviction that God has not abandoned us, that He has not closed the temple. He has not denied us of His Presence.

Will the loss be ignored? On the contrary, we will be heard and besides, we will be assisted. Grief have to come out of the darkness, of the hopelessness and melancholy. This faith full of power, brings consolation, as grace, as source of life, as divine science. And our chest is not shaken by pain, but by unconditional love, who takes away sadness and leaves the only option, which is the redemption of pain and the rebirth of a powerful love, which is so sublime that changes what was causing agony.

And the heart is intensely awaken with a sublime feeling, which is beyond pain. Because of love, only God can, only God knows.
And we come out of the grief that we were experiencing to the sublimation of the suffering because of Divine Love, who by His greatness can do everything and will not leave any element of pain and suffering prevail, rather, He moves it away so the mind can approach the renovation of faith, of life in the spirit of eternal love.

Because the grief must be overcome since the presence of God leaves behind sadness and abandonment and His Presence renews the science of eternal life.

It happened in a town, where the people decided to run a Santa Claus Contest; and men dressed as Santa Claus came from all the nearby places. Of course, in the stage the inevitable laugh: Ho Ho Ho could be heard. All the Santa Claus brought gifts for the persons who were present.
Well, the first Santa Claus appeared, he had a white beard, white hair, red suit, black boots, an sleigh and the reindeers. Many laughs and many gifts!
Then, quite a few Santa Claus presented themselves in this fashion, up to the point that the public had blisters in their hands because of so much clapping.
The judges were surprised and happy because they had received big laughs and many gifts through the whole day and night. And in fact, a few minutes before twelve midnight, there were no more Santa Claus left and the judges began to choose the best, by debating the intonation of the laugh, their elegance, the price of the gifts and whether they brought exclusive gifts. Then, the clock stroke twelve midnight and at that moment, a man came down the chimney. When he saw the public, he laughed Ho Ho Ho. He seemed a little tired and was wearing a worn out suit.
He approached each person to greet them and called them by their names. But not by the names that they were known but by the nicknames that they had as children. And in this way, he was delivering simple gifts and he even went to the judges and gave a gift to each one; and then still laughing, he disappeared in the air. Then, the public and the judges began opening their gifts, which were simple, natural but nothing electronic. There were balls, dolls, wooden dolls, a simple car. But something wonderful happened. The expensive and fine gifts were left aside and they began saying: " This is what I had wanted for so many years."
That Santa Claus had given them what they had wanted as children. Then, they all understood that what is important is neither the cost of the gift nor how exclusive it may be. What is important is the affection. They cried and laughed; laughed and cried; and found out that there is only one true Santa Claus, who is the one of
Sincere Love.

Life, wants to give us the opportunity to live intensely. To live is not only to experiment but also is a edifying process and while in the process, there will be struggle. Man, must know that the Spirit of God, always accompanies him and is on his side. This make us different in the spiritual sense since is wisdom that allows to maintain the changes and to reach the method to surpass every conflict.Man, always has options and possibilities and when he has an external struggle, he has the option of the spirit of prayer, which will be his torch of light and with this strength, the struggle attenuates and disappears. Something must be said here : The work of man brings responsibilities, obligations and also brings pressures and conflicts to his environment. In order to transcend conflict, faith is enough, and then, all possible forms of battle or conflict are deciphered, recognized and revealed.
A fundamental thing for man is to belong to Divine Love and certainly it does not matter the difficulties that appear, we know that God intercedes in our lives. He will help us with the problems and will give us the strength to surpass all the causes of conflict.
This issue is not understood by reflection or by analysis. It is only understood by prayer.
There is a difference between conflict and Peace: Peace is a grace received from the Love of God and conflict is the relative reality of the things of the world and for the world. But, let's look beyond. With prayer, life will not be a constant struggle. The realized prayer transcends conflicts because of its power and authority.
